1. Ordering items available in the catalogue

Choose the items from our catalog and write an e-mail to info.paintingmusic@gmail.com inserting the code of the desired items and your shipping address. We will calculate all costs and send you an email with the total amount (including shipping costs) which must be paid within 5 days. Once your payment has been received, the goods will be sent to the address you communicated. You will also receive a parcel tracking number, so that you can track your shipment and the delivery of the goods.

2. Order of items in the catalog but not available

If you wish to purchase an item in our catalog but not available because it is out of stock, that's no problem. Tell us which item you are interested in and we will make it happen for you. Since all products are handmade works of art, the realization times may vary according to the chosen object. Send us an e-mail with the items you wish to purchase and we will inform you of the production and shipping times of the product as well as the exact purchase and shipping costs. The realization of the ordered product will take place only after your purchase and payment confirmation.

3. Orders of personalized items not present in our catalogue

Would you like to receive a particular creation or to have depicted a subject that is not present in our catalogue? No problem: send us your request specifying the type of creation you wish to receive and with which subject depicted and we will inform you of the full costs, production times and shipping of the product.

4. Shipping methods and shipping costs
All shipments are tracked. Shipping costs will be calculated directly at the time of the order. Delivery times may vary depending on the country.

5. Return

You have the right to return the goods within fourteen days from the day of delivery of the goods. The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the customer, we will only refund the price of the goods, excluding all shipping costs. The same payment method chosen by you at the time of purchase will be used for the refund. As soon as the returned goods are delivered to us, we will refund the purchase costs within 5 days (excluding all shipping costs).
